  • Electronic employee profile / onboarding acknowledgment (logged-in)
  • Signed paper consent form during in-person onboarding

This program is informational / operational. It is not used for advertising or promotional marketing.

5. SMS Consent and Data Sharing (A2P 10DLC required language)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell consumer data or SMS opt-in information. Sharing with subcontractors is limited to support services required to operate the messaging program (for example, the SMS delivery provider). Those parties may not use mobile numbers or consent data for their own marketing.

6. Data Retention

We retain consent records and communication records as needed for legal, operational, and carrier-compliance purposes, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required.
