Both our management team and our field services team bring years of problem-solving experience to help execute projects safely. Typically, a project will cycle through our estimation department to provide accurate and transparent cost analysis for our clients. Upon review and client approval, a project manager will be assigned to gather necessary resources, ensure timelines are being met, communicate and document project details, and ensure all customer specifications and expectations are met.
Our project management team works in tandem with our HSE department to ensure all crews are certified for the job and working safely. The different departments within EST work as one team, making it simple to combine our services and provide turnkey Instrumentation and Electrical solutions.
